Two scope of application

The machine is mainly suitable for Laboratory of liquid materials directly intomicro powder, without before drying of material in filtration, concentration andgrinding, for all solutions such as emulsion, suspending liquid with broad-spectrum applicability.

The operation five

Excluding the six common problems

The problem may be the reason and solve method

1 fan does not work, the intermediate relay R201.2 damage damage to the drive fan is damaged, replace the R201.2

2, the electric heater does not work, the fan does not start SSR201 solid state relay to damage electric heater is broken, the blower is started to replace theSSR201 solid state relay

3, air compressor does not work, the intermediate relay R201.1 damaged air compressor start air compressor damaged, replace the R201.1 start air compressor

4, no electrical equipment, plus the socket is not reliable circuit breaker NFB in the closed position, check the external power source whether electric open NFB

5, HMI touch screen no display panel work, start button switch power supplydamage damage damage intermediate relay R1.2 touch screen is damaged,replace the start button to replace the switching power supply to replace the R1.2

6, the PLC does not work, NFB circuit breaker in the closed positionintermediate relay R1.1 damage of PLC damage, open NFB to replace the R1.1

7, the temperature of inlet wind no display, PT-100 temperature probe is connected to loose PT-100 damage to the PT temperature module damage,fastening

8, out of the wind temperature no display, PT-100 temperature probe is connected to loose PT-100 damage to the PT temperature module damage,fastening

9, inlet air temperature can not reach the set value, the fan air volume is too large, modify the parameters of fan

10, the air inlet temperature fluctuations, the PID value is not accurate, forinlet air temperature self regulating

The 11 air outlet temperature can not reach the set value, the air flow into thetoo big (peristaltic pump manual), modify the peristaltic pump parameters

12 out of the wind temperature fluctuations, the PID value is not accurate, forair temperature self regulating

13 drying chamber bottom dropping material, inlet air temperature is too lowatomization air pressure too low compressed air feed quantity is too big,increase the temperature of inlet wind device open rear cover plate will adjust the pressure to 2-3Bar (phi 6 Blue trachea) check whether everywhere connection leak modify peristaltic pump parameters

14 needle does not work, the valve is not open air pressure is too small to set too high electromagnetic valve damage needle parameters, open the valve(phi 4 white trachea) adjustable high pressure relief valve pressuremodification through needle parameters for electromagnetic valve

Seven, experiment preparation

1 follow the installation instructions, each component will be installed

2 press the device blue start button, start the blower, the heater is started

The 3 set of inlet air temperature and air temperature value

4 stay out of the wind temperature reaches the set value, the peristaltic pumpautomatically open

5 advanced water, observe the changes of temperature atomization andmaterial, from the new set of fan, inlet air temperature, or air outlet temperature, stay stable rear feeding

Eight, stop steps

1 when the material is used up, will all the material in the water inlet hose after spray (about 5 minutes), close the peristaltic pump

2 close the air compressor

3 turn off the heater

4 until the inlet air temperature dropped to 90 degrees below, shut down the wind machine

5 remove the aggregate bottle, transfer the material to the other container

The 6 container after cooling completely remove the cleaning
