本設(shè)備采用單工位形式，專門用于康明斯齒輪箱殼體密封性檢漏的專用設(shè)備。是對精加工后齒輪箱殼體的腔室和油道分別充入壓縮空氣，通過一臺差壓法試漏儀來測量其泄漏量的密封性檢測裝置。對檢測不合格品，水箱自動上升，并完全浸沒工件進(jìn)行尋找漏點(diǎn)。
