耐高溫陶瓷電熱圈采用的不是一般云母撓線方式制作，而是采用陶瓷條穿絲方式，因此該產(chǎn)品的功率比普通的要高0.5~1.5倍。發(fā)熱體為進口圓絲陶撓成彈簧狀穿入陶瓷條圈成,外罩采用日本產(chǎn)不銹鋼,中間采用高溫隔熱保溫棉（硅酸鋁纖維板）防止溫度外泄。陶瓷條是高頻陶瓷具有傳熱快、堅硬不易碎、高溫不變形不易老化等特點。
