       Secondary Alcohol Dehydrogenase，中文名為仲醇脫氫酶，常用于NADH的再生。本產(chǎn)品為大腸桿菌表達的仲醇脫氫酶，并經(jīng)簡單純化獲得的可以確保達到一定酶活力的粗酶液。
       由于本產(chǎn)品需新鮮制備，確認訂購后約6個工作日才可以發(fā)貨。
       本產(chǎn)品可以提供十公斤、百公斤乃至噸級的粗酶液。
       Alcohol dehydrogenases (ADH) are a group of dehydrogenase enzymes that occur in many organisms and 
facilitate the interconversion between alcohols and aldehydes or ketones with the reduction of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD⁺ to NADH). In humans and many other animals, they serve to break down alcohols that otherwise are toxic, and they also participate in generation of useful aldehyde, ketone, or alcohol groups during biosynthesis of various metabolites. In yeast, plants, and many bacteria, some alcohol dehydrogenases catalyze the opposite reaction as part of fermentation to ensure a constant supply of NAD⁺. This product with the indicated enzyme activity was briefly purified from engineered E.coli, and can be used for NADH regeneration in biotechnology.

       粗酶液的每次凍融均可能會引起部分失活，所以收到酶液后請根據(jù)需要進行分裝，并置于-20℃或更低溫度保存。
       隨著保存時間的延長，酶活力會有一定程度的下降，收到產(chǎn)品后應盡快使用。
       本產(chǎn)品在生產(chǎn)和保存的過程中可能會有混濁或沉淀產(chǎn)生，融化后混勻即可，不影響正常使用。
